介绍一种集模拟显示仪表和数字显示记录仪表优点的新型带指针指示的数字式显示记录仪。它既能够精确测量、显示、记录被测量的大小,又可以直观的反映出被测量的变化趋势。该显示记录仪主体为一个由数字控制器与交流伺服电机构成的闭环系统。描述了该系统的双单片机结构,并重点分析了闭环回路的组成及系统特性;给出了系统中采用的电机驱动电路及用光电码盘进行位置反馈的方法;介绍了命名系统具有良好静动态特性的积分逼近型控制算法。

A new digital display recorder with indicator which integrates the advantage of analog display instrument and digital display instrument is introduced.It can not only accurately measure,display,record the magnitude,but also reflect the variation trend of the input.The main body of this display recorder is a closed-loop system constituted by a digital controller and an AC servo electromotor.Firstly introduced the two-singlechip form of this system,while focuses on the structure and the systematic characteristic of the closed-loop circuit.Further the electromotor-driven circuit and location feedback by photoelectric code-disc were also described.At last the control algorithm using integral approximation method which give this system good static and dynamic characteristic were represented.
