等倾干涉条纹在SPR现象中的规律研究 被引量:1

摘要 对叠加在SPR曲线上的等倾干涉条纹的变化规律进行了研究。通过计算干涉条纹周期随入射角度的变化,发现干涉条纹周期在原SPR谐振角附近,存在着一个奇异的尖锐的突起,称之为SPR干涉谐振峰,尖峰所对应的入射角称为干涉谐振角θint-SPR.对干涉谐振角θint-SPR与敏感膜厚度和折射率的关系进行了计算与分析。理论计算表明:干涉谐振角θint-SPR与敏感膜厚度和折射率有着良好的线性关系,并与SPR谐振角θSPR的线性具有相同的量级,这说明可以通过测定干涉谐振角θint-SPR来检测金膜表面的生物分子相互作用,从而提出了一种确定SPR峰值移动的全新的方法。 A new phenomenon about SPR curve caused by light interference was discovered.The intervals of light stripe have an interesting sharp peak near the resonant angle.The corresponding incident angle of the peak is called interference-SPR angle,θ(int-SPR) Relationships between θ(int-SPR)and the thickness of bio-sensitive film,the refractive index of bio-sensitive film are both linear.It shows that it is able to use interference-SPR angle,θ(int-SPR) as a indicator to monitor very small changes in biochemical samples instead of the resonant angle θ(SPR).
