某大厦加层工程的可行性计算分析

摘要 针对工程实例—某大厦(主体结构已完工)加层工程,运用大型通用有限元软件ANSYS建立简化的结构整体模型,进行了结构内力计算,并按现行《混凝土设计规范》(GB50010—2002),对各层框架柱进行了正截面承载力和轴压比验算,给出了承载力不满足的柱位,进行加层工程前需采取加固措施;最后对桩基础复核,基础承载力满足。本文同时采用了结构设计软件TAT进行复核,两组结果非常一致。本文还按照老规范(GBJ80—89)进行了验算,结果表明,新规范对柱承载力设计有较大影响。 A sample project of adding stories on a building of which the main structure has been completed is stated. Aided by the universal FEM software-ANSYS, a simple integer finite element model of the building is established, and the structure force is computed. Based on the results, the columns of every story are checked on bearing capacity according to Design Code of Concrete Structure (GB50010-2002), and pile foundation's bearing capacity is also checked. The columns that must be strengthened are pointed out, and the pile foundation is eligible. At the same time, the software-TAT is used to check the results of ANSYS,and they fit very well. Finally columns are also checked with the old code, which illustrates that the new code requirement has great effect on the design of column bearing capacity.
