摘要
作为社会现象的语言总是要受社会的制约,语言中词汇对社会的变化尤为敏感。本文拟从社会学的角度,对英语中军事词汇的产生和构成作一分析,从而揭示军事词汇的产生和发展是语言与社会"共变"关系的产物。
Language, as a social phenomenon, is always restricted by the society in which it is used. The vocabulary of language is particularly sensitive to the social changes.This paper, from the perspective of sociology, makes an analysis of the formation of military words and thus proves that the formation and development of military words is the result of the covariance of language and society.
