摘要
介绍了智能传感器的构成,传感器智能化的原理,并以压阻式压力传感器为例研究了传感器智能化的硬件结构、软件设计及非线性与温度误差的修正,实验结果表明,温度变化和非线性引起的误差的95%得到修正,在10~60℃范围内,智能式压阻压力传感器的准确度几乎保持不变。最后,介绍了智能传感器的发展前景。
This paper introduces the composing of smart sensor and principle of the intelligentizing sensor. It studies hardware structures and software design in the smart sensor, correcting errors of non-linear and temperature in a example for system of having the pressure sensor and temperature sensor. Experimental results show: smart sensor corrected 95% errors due to temperature change and non-linear and the veracity of the system of having the pressure sensor and temperature sensor is almost no change with 10~60 ℃. Finally, the paper introduces some development trend of the smart sensor.
