The application state of the computer and network in Maanshan Iron &Steel Co. Ltd. is presented. The threat to safety in the computer network is introduced in detail. The attacking means of hacker attack, computer virus, trojan horse, back door are analyzed. The risk and hidden trouble of the computer network are presented, the relative protective measures in technology and management are put forward, and some suggestions for safety of the computer network are given.
