摘要
作者在长期从事数控技术和数控专业教学活动的实践中 ,经过比较、分析和研究 ,发现用逐点比较法同样可以实现空间直线插补运算 ,以实现数控机床三轴联动控制。为了使学生掌握数控机床实现三轴联动的工作原理 ,全面了解逐点比较法插补运算功能。本文对数控机床技术书籍中有关该部分内容进行了充实与完善。
Based on the long-time practice and the rich experience in teaching numerical control technology and upon comparison, analysis and study, the paper points out that the interpolation operation of the spatial beeline can be realized by point-by-point comparison so as to realize the three axes linkage control. To familiarize students with the working principles of three axes linkage in digital programmed machine tool and enable them to comprehensively understand the function of point-by-point comparison interpolation operation, the paper enriches and perfects the related parts in the books on digital programmed machine tool technology.
