Human Resources and Vocational Education in Insular Urbanization

城市化是社会现代化的必然趋势。在海岛城市化进程中存在着人力资源供求矛盾 ,必须增加职业教育供给。由于海岛职业教育资源有限 ,须重视人力资源的多种供给途径 ,创新职业教育理念。

Urbanization is the natural tendency of social modernization. Since there exists the contradiction of demand and supply in human power resources during the course of insular urbanization, the supply of vocational education must be strengthened. Due to the limited vocational educational resources, much attention should be paid to the various ways of developing human power resources and updating the concept of vocational education.
