摘要
被输送物件规格尺寸的变化 ,将引起物件与分件螺杆贯穿啮合的变化 ,并对变螺距分件螺杆的供送稳定性产生影响。在物件被分件螺杆供送过程中 ,上部、下部或上下同时与螺杆贯穿啮合的三种不同工况 ,在惯性力矩等力系的作用下 ,对物件供送稳定性的影进行了分析研究 ,提出了以分件螺杆供送加速度和滚动摩擦系数作为判断条件的理论计算公式 ,并实际应用于包装设备分件螺杆的设计。
Supplied pitch-varying screw is generally make up of the equilibrium speed part and varied speed part.The mesh of object and transfer pitch-varying screw would be changed because of change in the can size.In this article the stability of can is analyzed while feed in the three conditions of upside,underside and entirety of the can go into mesh with transfer pitch-varying screw.When influence of moment of inertia and other forces,the theoretical expressions and judgment conditions are discussed.Feed acceleration and rolling friction factor are deemed as judgment conditions. This method is applied for many packing machines.
