摘要
20 0 3年 7月 ,腾冲县郑重对外宣布 :计划投入 2 .3亿元建设腾冲旅游机场 ,建设周期暂定为两年 .至此 ,企盼和议论多年的一桩大事 ,终于敲响了正式启动的槌声 .现在笔者根据自己所了解的腾冲有关环境条件和所掌握的相关知识 ,对腾冲建设旅游机场选址涉及的重大问题 ,提出初浅论证意见 ,供有关领导部门决策参考 ,或许为时不晚 .
The authorities of Tenchong proclaimed in July, 2003 that it would invest 230 million RMB to build Tenchong Travelling Airport in two years. So far, such a dream is going to come true. According to Tenchong's environment and the author's knowledge, some advices about the site of the airport and many other important problems are put forward to the people responsible. The necessity and excellent prospect of building the Tenchong Travelling Airport are also profoundly talked about.
