摘要
观察中药对灵芝菌液体发酵过程中生物量和胞外多糖的影响。麻黄、莱菔子、金银花和连翘4味中药对生物量有明显促进作用。黄岑对灵芝生长有抑制作用。
5 kinds of Chinese traditional medicines were added into the medium for culturing a
fungus Ganoderma Lucidum. The results showed that the mycelial mass contents increased when
Flos Lonicerae, Fructus Forsythiae, Ephedra sinica Stapf and Semen Raphani are added. R.
Scutellariae can inhibit the growth of the fungus.
