摘要
灭幼脲是一类人工合成的昆虫生长调节剂,经对茶黑毒蛾卵和幼虫生物活性的研究,结果表明,灭幼脲Ⅰ、Ⅲ号浸渍卵块能够显著降低其孵化率;饲喂幼虫可使其存活率降低98.7%—100%;而低浓度则可明显延长5龄幼虫的历期。田间试验结果表明,250g/hm^2灭幼脲类的防效达97%—100%,且对人、畜及茶园天敌安全。
A series of laboratory experiments were carried out to test the bio-activities of the chitio synthesis inhibitors against the eggs and larvae oftea Black Tussock Moth(Dasychira baibarana Matsura).The adults whichmacerated with TH6040 and SU-Niao Ⅰ were still alive.The hatching ratesof peatted eggs laid were reduced significantly.Results shewed that a mor-tality of 98.7%—100% of the larvae resulted when 1—3 instar larvae fed with3.6×10^(-6)concentrations of TH6040 and SU-Niao I.The developmental dura-tion of the 5th instar larvae was extended.Field plot tests showed thatapplication of 250g/hm^2 TH6040 or SU-Niao Ⅰ reduced the number of 1—2instars by 97%.Accerding to our studies the chitin synthesis inhibitorsshowed very high activity and outstanding effect against the tea pest.Thus.the use of the chi-tin synthesis inhibitors in the integrated control of teapest will be feasible.
