With the estabilshment and development of socialist market economy,universities and colleges have been given vigor and motivation for their development,thus,university sports work has to take a new service mode--paid service--in order to adapt itself to the socialist market economy system.The new mode is an effective and practical way in serving the university and college students,and also has successfully promoted the healthy developmemt of university sports.
