The Officials in Villages and Towns Should Perform Administration According to Law

依法治国对行政机关的基本要求是依法行政。目前乡镇工作中还存在不少违法行政现象。应通过转变观念,提高乡镇干部的整体素质和法律意识,把依法行政和德治相结合,严肃查处行政违法案件,确保乡镇干部能够依法行政。

The basic requirement of running the country by law for administrative organ is to exercise administrative functions according to law. Now some officials violate the law in performing administration in their work. So we should transform the conception; enhance the whole quality and legal consciousness of law of the officials of villages and towns; exercise administrative functions by combining the rule of law with the rule of virtue and seriously discipline those who have broken the law so as to ensure the officials of villages and towns to perform administration according to law.
