摘要
对四川大树茶5种17类型的染色体核型进行了观察。结果表明:大理茶(Camellis taliensisMeleh)。为20=30=20m+10sm,南川茶(C.nanchuanica Chang et Xiong)、秃房茶(C.gymnogyna Chang)、普洱茶[C.assamica(Mast.)Chang]和茶(C.sinensis Ktze)均为20=30=20m+8sm+2st,两类核型属“2A”类型。染色体结构变异在茶叶植物的物种形成方面起着重要作用。文中对茶组的分类学处理及原产中心进行了讨论。
Karyotypes of 5 species,17 forms of Sect.Thea in Sichuan were obser-ved.It can be simplified as follows:Camellia taliensis Melch,2n=30=20m+10sm;C.nanchuanica Chang et Xiong,C.gymnogyna Chang,C.assamica(Mast.)Chang and C.sinensis O.Ktze 2n=30=20m+8sm+2st.All formsbelong to“2A”type.It is suggested that the chromosomal structure varia-tion plays the most important role in speciation.Based on previous andpresent information,the taxonomical treatments and the original center ofSect.Thea were discussed.
