中国乡镇自治管理模式的考证与评价

Research and Analysis on the Management System of Village and Town

随着当代中国经济的繁荣发展,社会的不断改革,中国行政管理体制的各层次中折射出诸多问题,尤其是乡镇一级基层政权管理过程中的问题更为突出。因此,解决乡镇自治管理体制中的问题,逐步完善乡镇自治模式,有着充分的重要性和迫切的必要性。文章通过追古溯今,意在纵比中寻求乡镇地方自治管理的经验,并针对当今农村社会乡镇管理体制中的问题,提出相关建议。

With the rapid development of economy and the successive reform of society in china,there are many problems which turn up in political management on each level,especially in the management of village and town.So it is very important and necessary to solve the problems and to perfect the management system.According to the comparison in the different periods of Chinese history,this thesis finds the experience of village and town autonomy management and sets forth some advice on the autonomy management system.The purpose of this paper is to promote the theory construction of village and town autonomy management system in China and to provide some ideas for the practical reform of the village and town in the future.
