In the knowledge economy times,innovation has already become the main content of the enterprise culture.Innovation culture is one of the key competition.This paper is to research the relation between culture and innovation of enterprise,and study how to strengthen enterprise innovation culture construction in information management ,humanization management ,assign ment innovation,and setting up learning organization in enterprise.
