About the Use of Computer in Teaching Archives Management

教学档案是学校管理的重要组成部分,利用计算机进行教学档案管理,充分发挥教学档案在教育管理、教学活动、教学研究等各项工作中的作用,对提高教学档案的质量和管理水平,逐步实现教学档案工作的标准化、规范化和现代化具有重要意义。文章就如何创建教学档案检索,科学合理化建立教学档案提出具体方法和建议,对加强教学档案管理具有重要借鉴作用。

Teaching archives is an important component of school running.The use of computer in teaching archives management may act on education management,teaching activities,teaching research and other related work.Meanwhile,the application of computer holds vital meaning to improve the quality and level and eventually achieves the standardization,regulation and modernization of teaching archives.This paper advances how to set up teaching archives index,some specific methods and suggestions which will be helpful to strengthen the teaching archives management.
