摘要 为了适应小学师资学历层次的提升及民族师专培养任务下移和素质教育对师资高素质要求 ,适应社会对人才需求的多样性和毕业生就业的多向性 ,构建并实施培养面向民族地区的具有“宽厚、复合、创新、实践”为特征的德智体美全面发展的高素质师资和其他方面的人才的培养目标 。 To fit in with the requirements of academic creden tials of being teachers in primary schools, the down-moving of training tasks in teachers colleges for nationalities, and high quality of being teachers require d by quality-oriented education, and to meet the needs of talents required by so ciety and employments of graduates, we have tried to construct and carry out the project of training high quality teachers and other talents of “ rich knowledg e, combination, innovation and practice”, and we are quite successful now.
