The important idea of “Three Represents”has a great impact on the rapid deveopments of Tianjin Radio & TV University.There would be no advancement without speed and no leaping advancement without rapid speed.All the work has to be ensured and implemented by puttig more effort into further changes in educational views,the correct way of running the school,the emphasis on the characteristics and opportunities,the goal of leaping development,and the transition from the stress of high standard to the drive of working innovation.
