当前电大系统考试命题改革滞后,制约了教学模式的变革和开放教育的持续发展。闭卷考试命题类型“固化”,使教与学双方都被考试命题形式所牵制。考试命题改革的关键是教育思想的彻底转变。整合试题内容与题型、变革成绩评定的方式及考试手段,将有助于减少考场违纪行为的发生,有助于良好学风的形成,有助于教学质量的提高。

The present system of examination in radio and TV universities restricts their innovation of instructional modes and their sustained development of open education.The “stereotyped”system makes both the teacher and the student restricted to the examination itself.There will be reduction in cheating in the examination room by the changes in the content,the form,the evaluation and method of the test.This is the key for the good style of study and educational quality.
