慢性酒精中毒病人的临床与脑电图分析

CLINICAL AND EEG ANALYSIS ON PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC ALCOHOL TOXICATION

目的:探讨酒精中毒病人的脑电图(EEG)改变与临床的关系。方法:对52例慢性酒精中毒病人的EEG检查结果进行分析。结果:43例病人的EEG异常,异常率82.7％。轻度异常占46％,中度异常35.6％,重度异常18.5％。并对35例慢性酒精中毒病人治疗2-4个月后进行EEG复查,EEG正常和明显好转者占75％。结论:EEG检查对慢性酒精中毒病人的诊断和评估疗效有一定的价值。

Objective: To explore the relationship between EEG and clinical symptoms in patients with alcohol toxication. Methods: EEC of 52 cases with chronic alcohol toxication was analysed. Results: EEG of 43 cases was abnormal, abnormal rate was 82.7%, light, moderate and severe abnormality was 46%, 35.6%and 18.5% respectively . EEG was reexaminated after 2 - 4 months of treatment in 35 cases with chronic alcohol toxication, the normal and improved EEG was 75% . Conclusion: EEG is important valuable in diagnosis and evaluation of curative effect on chronic alcohol toxication.
