摘要
温州职业技术学院高职市场营销专业独特的人才培养模式是以市场和就业为导向,以培养学生职业素质和能力为主线,建立“一个专业,多个方向”模块式、开放型、个性化的理论和实践教学体系,培养高素质、宽基础、高技能、适应性强的营销高级技术应用性人才。本文就人才培养模式方面进行了大胆改革和有益探索的总结。
The cultivating mode of marketing personnel in the marketing major of Wenzhou Vocational and Technical College is guided by the market and employment trend and is focused on cultivating students' professional quality and ability. It has established a made of one major, various developing trend and an open, characteristic teaching system of practice and theory, aiming at cultivating high quality, adaptable personnel with wide foundation and high skills. This article makes some useful explorations on the reform of cultivating mode of marketing personnel.
