摘要
钢纤维轻骨料混凝土能显著改善混凝土的抗裂、抗震、抗渗、抗冻等耐久性能,且减轻结构自重,降低维修成本,在天津港东环立交桥大修维修工程中已被采用,且各项性能均良好,本文对其配合比及施工工艺等作了简要介绍。
Steel fiber and light-weight aggregate can notably help improve the quality of concrete, for example, in resisting cracking, anti-earthquake, resisting permeation, resisting freezing, and other durable performance, etc. Owing to the fact that it can help lighten the weight of the structure and reduce the cost of maintenance, it was already adopted in the maintenance project of the east ring overpass of the harbor of Tianjin, and all its performances proved good. This paper only deals with its mix ratio and construction technology.
