进展期贲门癌术前胃左动脉化疗栓塞的临床应用

Left gastric arterial chemoembolization in the treatment of advanced cardiac carcinoma before operation

目的 探讨进展期贲门癌术前胃左动脉化疗栓塞的临床应用和疗效。方法 对 16例进展期贲门癌患者于手术切除前经胃左动脉灌注化疗药物 ,并用碘化油混悬乳剂进行栓塞。结果 术后病理组织学观察有效率达 87.5 % (14 / 16 ) ,临床随访 1年生存率达 86 .7% (13/ 15 ) ,2年生存率达6 6 .7% (8/ 12 ) ,且无严重并发症。结论 术前胃左动脉化疗栓塞能提高进展期贲门癌的手术切除率 。

Objective To investigate the clinical use and therapeutic effectiveness of chemoembolization of left gastric artery before operation in treating advanced cardiac carcinoma. Methods Sixteen cases of advanced cardiac carcinoma were tre ated by le ft gastric arterial infusion of chemotherapeutic drug and embolization with lipi odol emulsion before o peration.Results The total effective rate af ter operation proved by pathological examination was 87.5%(14/16).The survival r ate of one year was 86.7%(13/15),of two years was 66.7%(8/12).There was no severe complication in this series.C onclusion Left g astric arterial chemoembolization before operation is an effective and safe meth od for elevating resection rate.
