摘要
目的 :评估表面麻醉行小梁切除术的有效性及安全性。方法 :130例、188眼经 1%丁卡因表面麻醉后行小梁切除术。结果 :188眼中 15 6眼单纯采用 1%丁卡因表面麻醉行小梁切除术 ,32眼需联合球结膜下注射 2 %利多卡因浸润麻醉完成手术 ,无 1例由麻醉引起的严重并发症。结论 :1%丁卡因表面麻醉行小梁切除术 ,必要时联合球结膜下浸润麻醉 ,具有足够的镇痛效果且无严重并发症 。
Objective:To evaluate efficacy and safety of topical anesthesia for trabeculectomy.Method:130 cases 188 eyes were only adopted topical anestgesia with 1% Dicain for trabeculectomy. Result:156 eyes in188 eyes were only used topical anesthesia for trabeculectomy .1%Dicain topical anesthesia combined with 2%Lidocain subconjuctiva anesthesia to complete trabeculectomy for 32 eyes in 188 eyes.There were not serious complication caused by anesthesia. Conclusion: This way of anesthesia is safe and effective,and is of enough analgesia effect.
