本文主要讲自然伽玛(含流体密度)下井仪整形器(HEF4538)和T10C故障排除和失效胶片恢复的方法。HEF4538整形器可组成两个独立的触发器,如果其中之一损坏可利用其它引脚组成新的触发器再行使用。T10C故障现象是井下信号正常,供电正常,只是在终端屏幕上显示错误信息。其原因可能是T10C未复位,矩阵开关和T10C小盒中的深度接口接触不良。排除上述故障T10C即可正常工作,胶片失效可调节CRT上温度和对比度旋扭,使温度稳定在250°F左右,然后输入回放方式指令,回车即可得到满意的效果。如果一次效果不明显,可反复多次调节。

HEF 4538 consists of two seperate one-shot multivibrator. If one of them is damaged, a new one-shot multivibrator can be formed with other pins. Sometimes, signals from downhole and power supply are normal, but information displayed on the monitor is wrong. The reason is that T10C has not been reset,and that the depth interface in T10C box and matrix switches have poor contact. If the above breakdown is eliminated, T10C may be in good order. If the film is not effective,you nay adjust the temperature and contrast knobs on the CRT so as to keep temperature at about 250°F, input play back commands,and press 'enter' key. If the result is not ideal, you may repeat the above procedures.
