高拉速连铸用管式结晶器及其在武钢的应用 被引量:2

Research and Application of Tubular Mould for High Speed Casting in WISCO

摘要 研究了适用于高效方坯连铸的管式结晶器的材质、长度及倒锥度 ,并介绍了武钢第一炼钢厂引进的DIAMOLD管式结晶器及其使用情况 ,指出要发展高效方坯连铸必须研究出在材质、长度、倒锥度等方面都适合于高拉速的管式结晶器 。 The research on material, length and taper of tubular moould for high efficient billet continuous casting has been carried out, and the use of DIAMOLD tubular mould introduced by No.1 Steelmaking Plant of WISCO is introduced in this paper. This paper also indicates that it is necessary for development of high efficient billet casting to study applicable tubular mould for high speed casting on the consideration of material, length and taper. The future work for billet casting are put forward finally.
