摘要
介绍了首钢在全连铸生产的基础上 ,依靠科技进步进行炼钢和连铸工艺结构调整 ,开发并应用了高效方坯连铸技术和LF、VD配小方坯连铸生产优质长材用坯及其配套技术 ,使连铸技术水平得到提高 ,促进了产品结构调整 。
Based upon 100?% continuous casting in Capital Iron & Steel Corporation,relying on technological development, the processes of steelmaking and continuous casting have been adjusted. The high efficient billet continuious casting technology and technology of billet casting with LF and VD for long product production have been developed and integrally used, by which casting technology has been improved and steel grades have been promoted to be adjusted. Consequently, the compatibility of the enterprise in markets has been strengthened.
