HIRFL电荷剥离器后切束线物理设计

摘要 介绍了HIRFL切束线的束流动力学设计思想。在此设计中,HIRFL剥离器后被废弃的多余电荷态束流被一特殊的切割磁铁从主束运线上切割出来,经过一定的动力学制备,有效地传送到一个小实验区,为同时使用HIRFL的SSC中能束流和SFC低能束流进行两种物理实验提供了可能性。此设计为切束线工程建设提供了确切的理论依据。 A beam dynamic design is carried out for a beam transport line behind the charge stripper in HIRFL. With a special septum magnet,the surplus charge state beams of HIRFL will be splitted from the main beam line between SFC and SSC.In this new beam line, the splitted beams will be processed optically and transported efficiently to a experimental terminal for various physical experiments,thus realizing the possibility that two different physical experiments can be carried out simutaneously by using the low energy beam of SFC and the intermediate energy beam of SSC. According to the concrete engineering program in 1990, it was proved that the beam dynamic design of this split-beam line is reasonable. In this paper, many special beam dynamic topics are presented.
