The worldwide current status of development on PSA is introduced with the conclusion of a investigating report on implementation of PSA program, providing the information on the achieved applications and the factors that affect the success of such efforts.two active areas of application on PSA are also described: risk - based improvement to technical specifications and risk management system for plant normal operation, maintenance and management.
