摘要
智能建筑以建筑为平台,兼备通信、办公、建筑设备自动化,集系统结构、服务、管理及它们之间的最优化组合,向人们提供一个高效、舒适、便利的建筑环境。自90年代起,智能建筑在中国得到了前所未有的发展,经过实践,笔者对智能建筑的构成、实施和实施过程中应注意的问题,作了全面的总结。力求对健康、有序的发展智能建筑起到积极的借鉴作用。
t Building intelligent system , Which bases on architecture, includes communication automation system, office automation system, building automation system. Intelligent building provides us a high-efficiency, comfortable, convenient architectural enviroment through integrating system structure, services, management and their most optimal combination. Intelligent building developed rapidly in China from the 1990s. The author summarizes structure, implementation and problems in implementation process in intelligent building. This paper has positive effect on developing intelligent building orderly and healthily.
