摘要
用新试制的212N钢和国产214N钢进行了CHRYSLER(CA488)引进发动机排气门生产国产化试验。试验结果表明,CA488发动机排气门生产国产化是可行的,新试制的212N钢冷热加工性能优于214N钢。对新试制的212N钢进行了50~250MPa应力范围和700~850℃温度范围的高温持久拉伸试验,与214N钢数据比较结果表明,两种钢的高温持久强度基本接近。
Trying production of exhaust valve has been carried out for the transferred Chrysler engine(our model CA488) with a newly developed domestic steel 212N and local produced 214N steel.The result reveals that it is feasible to nationalize model CA488 engine exhaust valve products supply that cold and hot processing property of the newly developed 212N steel is more superior than that of 214N steel.A high temperature sustaining tension test of the newly developed 212N steel under the condition of the stress range 50~250 MPa and temperature range 700~850℃ has been performed in comparison with that of 214N steel and the result shows that endurance strength of both steels under high temperature approaches each other.
