摘要
CA6102B1电子燃油喷射发动机是在原CA6102基本型基础上,更改了配气、供油及点火等系统而成。介绍了CA6102B1发动机供给系统及电器部分的基本结构、喷油量调整、点火提前角调整和节气门喉口直径的选取方法,并对样机进行了试验。可以看出,CA6102B1单点喷射发动机的动力性、经济性均优于原机,通过装EGR装置排放指标能满足北京市地方环境标准。
Electronic control fuel injection engine CA6102B1 is developed on the basis of engine CA6102 with thevalve mechanism,the fuel system and the ignition system alternated.The basic structure of the engine supply system and theelectric system, fuel injection values,adjustment of advance angle of ignition,methods for selecting the diameter of the throatopening are introduced. Tests on prototype engines have been done. It is observed that power performance and economy per-formance of CA6102B1 are better than the old one, and exhaust emissions meet requirement of the local environmental stan-dard of Beiing with the EGR system equipped.
