摘要
研究了在水泥混凝土中作为早强剂的M外加剂、KM外加剂对灰砂混凝土强度的影响,证实了两种外加剂均能在较低的蒸汽压力下提高灰砂混凝土的强度,其中,KM外加剂较为理想。并对这两种外加剂在本研究配合比条件下的最佳掺量及最佳蒸压制度进行了探索,初步估算了它们应用于灰砂混凝土生产的节能作用。
his paper introduces M and KM agents used in cement concrete successfully asearly strength agents.They are used in lime-sand concrete in the laboratory.Through the experi-ments,it is verified that both agents can increase the strength of lime-sand concrete on weaker auto-claving conditions and KMagent is better than M agent.Under the condition of this experiment,theoptimum proportion of the agents in lime-sand concrete and the optimum autoclaving schedules areexplored and the effects of saving energy of the two kinds of agents are estimated.
