摘要
给出了由相对湿度传感器THS1101、半导体测温器件AD590与ADμC812单片机等组成的环境温湿度测量仪的设计电路,介绍了各组成部分的基本功能,着重分析了实现环境温度、相对湿度的高精度测量及其精度校正的软件处理方法。应用结果表明:该仪表性能稳定,测量精度高,使用简便。
Composed of relative humidity sensor THS1101,semiconductor temperature sensor AD590 and ADμC812 single-chip microprocessor, a accurate measuring instrument for environmental temperature and relative humidity was developed,the basic functions of which components and which design circuit are introduced.The methods of realizing high precision measurements of environmental temperature and relative humidity,as well the software disposal method are analyzed emphatically.The result indicates that the instrument is stable,easy in use and of high precision in measuring.
