摘要 利用超临界CO2萃取鸦胆子油,并利用压力变化来改变其对油脂的溶解性,从而分离出含不同组分的油脂,实验得到两种不同的鸦胆子油,一组产品游离脂肪酸(FFA)含量低,另一组产品则富含游离脂肪酸,可作为抗肿瘤药物。 The supercritical CO2 was used to extract the lipid from Brucea javanica and the alter of the pressure to change thesolvency of lipid, was studied thereby to separate the oil of different qualities. Lipids of two different qualities were obtainedwith one as a low content of free fatty acids (FFA) and the other as a high content of free fatty acids (FFA) which could be usedas a medicine ingredient for anti-tumour treatment.
