Relationship Between Press Supervision and Judicial Justice and Its Judicial Limitations

司法公正是我国社会主义法治的必然要求 ,实现司法公正是一项复杂、艰巨的系统工程。它不仅需要改革和完善管理体制 ,同时也应加强新闻监督力度 ,新闻监督对促进司法公正很有成效也很有必要 ,但新闻监督也有损害司法公正的表现 ,因而对新闻自由应有一定的法律限制 ,保证新闻监督对司法公正的积极的促进作用。

Judicial justice is the natural requirement of our socialist legal system and the realization of which is a complicated and difficult systematic project. It requires not only the reforming and perfecting the managerial system,but also a more forceful supervision on the part of the press which is extremely necessary for judicial justice. On the other hand,there have been many occurrences of press supervision being detrimental to judicial justice,because of which the freedom of press should be limited to a certain degree to ensure press supervision to play an active and positive role in judicial justice.
