Dissertation of Monopolization under the Condition of Exoteric Economy

在开放经济条件下,垄断不再单纯地表现为低效率,无论在理论上还是在实践中,垄断都有其存在的一定的合理性。对垄断概念的把握应该置身于社会经济发展的特定阶段,政府应据此对垄断企业进行合理管制。在对不正当垄断行为采取措施加以防范并警惕其可能带来的负面影响的同时,也应考虑垄断企业的合理的一面,以本国垄断企业的合理发展来提升本国的国际竞争力。

Monopolization is a disputed problem, and opinions from economists vary.When it comes to the monopolization, we should review and distinct it in different stage of development of society and economy. In this essay, we discuss monopolization comparing with competition in theory and practice and then distinct it between obturated and exoteric economy. More important, with the theory of contestable markets, we analyse monopolization under the exoteric economy and draw the conclusion that comparing with obturated economy, monopolization has its rationality of exist under exoteric economy.
