Research of Technology Creative Ability Estimating System and Methods in Science and Technology Zone

本文在对科技园区技术创新能力进行深入分析的基础上,提出了科技园区技术创新能力评价指标体系及评价方法,并对南昌高新区与相邻省份高新区技术创新能力进行了综合评价与分析比较。该指标体系及其方法的建立,将为政府管理部门准确把握科技园区技术创新能力提供科学的判断依据,对于提升科技园区技术创新能力,加快科技园区的发展将起到重要的作用。

This article brings forward an estimating system and estimating means on the basic of further analyses of the technology creative ability, and it compares the technology creative ability in Nanchang High-tech Development Zone with the other zones in the neighboring provinces. The establishment of the estimating and methods system will provide the government a scientific judgment on the technology creative ability in the science and technology zone, and plays an important role in upgrading the technology creative ability and in accelerating the development of the science and technology zone.
