摘要
在混合表面活性剂溴化十六烷基三甲铵(CTMAB)和吐温-80(Tween80)存在下,研究了3,5-二溴水杨基荧光酮(DBSAF)与镓(Ⅲ)显色反应的光度特征.在0.48mol/LHCl介质中,镓(Ⅲ)与DBSAF及表面活性剂形成胶束络合物,采用混合表面活性剂使增溶增敏作用更为显著,络合物表观摩尔吸光系数ε=3.78×105L·mol-1·cm-1,λmax=561nm.用摩尔比法和连续变换法测定镓(Ⅲ)与DBSAF所形成的络合物化学计量比为1∶4.镓(Ⅲ)含量在0~400μg/L范围服从比尔定律,拟定分析方法可直接用于矿石样品中微量镓的测定.
In the presence of mixed surfactant cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTMAB) and Tween 80,the photometric analysis properties of color reaction of 3,5-dibronosalicylfluorone (DBSAF)with Gallium(Ⅲ) were studied. The experimental result was that Gallium(Ⅲ) reacted with DBSAF to form a micelle complex with maximum absorption at 561 nm in 0.46 mol/L hydrochloric acid medium. The mixed surfactant remarkably improved the sensitivity of the method and dissolubility of the complex. The apparent molar absorptivity of the complex is 3.78×10~5 L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)at 561 nm. Gallium(Ⅲ) reacted with DBSAF to form complex with the stoichiometric ratio of 1∶4,which was determined by mole ratio method and continual method of transformation,respectively.Beer's law was obeyed in the range of 0~400 μg Gallium(Ⅲ) per L.The proposed method has been applied to the determination of trace amount of Gallium(Ⅲ) in ore samples.
