吹膜法纤维素膜透水气性和取向结构的研究 被引量:4

摘要 探讨了以NMMO作溶剂时纤维素溶液的吹膜工艺中几个重要参数对薄膜透水气性的影响.实验发现:薄膜的透水气性与纤维素分子链的取向有着密切关系,且随着气隙长度、拉伸速度、吹胀比的增加而降低,但随着凝固浴温度的升高而增大. The influences of several parameters in the process of cellulose blown film are studied. The results show that the permeance of water vapor transmission has close relationship with the chain orientation of cellulose. It decreases with the length of air gap, take up speed and blown-up ratio, while increases with the temperature of the coagulation bath.
