摘要
生产亚铵的主要原料SO2和MH3·H2O来源互有差异,其吸收设备的工艺条件控制,对产品质量、收率、生产效率影响十分关键.经小试、中试和工业运行,研究开发出的采用工业块状硫磺为原料,用氨肥厂回收废氨水为吸收液,以负压接触反应制造亚铵新工艺,技术先进,操作简便,易于控制,SO2吸收率可达99%以上,尾气SO2浓度符合GB3095-1996限值排放要求.该工艺对控制污染、保护环境具有重要意义.
It is a general development that as a substitute of sulfurous acid hydrogen autunite, sub-ammonium is used in the production of paper pulp. The main raw materials used in the production of sub-ammonium such as SO_2 and MH_3·H_2O differentiate with each other concerning their source, while conditioned by the technical qualification of their absorbing equipment, it plays a very important role in the quality of products, the rate of receipt, and productive efficiency. Through small-sized experiment, medium-sized experiment and industrial management, a new technique is employed in which industrial nubbly sulfur is used as raw material, deposed ammonia as absorbing fluide, sub-mmonium is made by the reaction of mutual touching the minus press. The technique is advanced, simply conducted, and absorptivity of SO_2is up to 99%, tail gas of SO_2 thickness accords with the requirement of the limited-cost sluice GB3095-1996. The technique plays an important role in controlling pollution and environmental protection.
