As one of the most important elements of Web-based distance education, Webcourse's quality and quantity is the key for the implementation of Web-based distance education. This paper analyses the concept of Webcourse firstly, then taking the implementation of the Data Structure Webcourse for example, it discusses the whole realization process of Webcourse, including this Webcourse's design,development,trial and evaluation.
