摘要 目的 探讨大学生社会支持获得情况与心理健康和人格特征的关系 ,为大学生心理健康教育提供帮助。方法 采用社会支持评定量表 (SSRS)、症状自评量表 (SCL - 90 )和艾森克人格问卷 (EPQ) ,对河南省高校 1 1 0 0名在校本科大学生进行集体测查和分析。结果大学生社会支持水平在性别、年级和城乡之间 ,学生干部与非干部之间 ,不同身体健康状况和专业之间存在不同程度的差异 ;社会支持各维度与SCL - 90多项因子呈显著负相关 ,与EPQ人格P和N维度呈显著负相关 ,而与人格E维度呈显著正相关。结论 社会支持对大学生心理健康和人格发展有重要影响 ,在高校心理健康教育和人格培养中 。 Objective To explore the social support of college students and the relationship between their social support ,mental health and personality, and to provide evidence for college students' mental health education. Methods Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS), Symptom Checklist 90(SCL 90) and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ) were adopted to measure 1 100 college students in Henan, data were analyzed. Results There were differences in social support between boys and girls, junior and senior, urban and rural, cadres' and non cadres' students, as well as among six specialities and various health status. Each score of scale in SSRS negatively correlated with the major factors in SCL 90,psychoticism (P) score and neuroticism(N) score in EPQ but positively with extraversion (E). Conclusion Social support has important effect on the mental health and personality development of college students.
