合肥市高一学生吸烟行为的影响因素分析

Analysis on the Related Factors of Smoking Among Senior High School Students in Hefei

目的 了解合肥市高中一年级学生的吸烟情况及其影响因素 ,为制定控烟措施提供依据。方法 采用分层整群抽样的方法 ,在城、郊随机抽取 6 670名高中一年级学生进行问卷调查 ,并采用Logistic回归模型进行相关因素分析。结果 总吸烟检出率为 1 9.7% ,不同性别及不同地区学生之间差异均有显著性。Logistic回归分析提示 ,男性、周围人群 (同学、朋友、父母、教师等 )吸烟、对吸烟行为的错误认识 (认为吸烟有风度、时髦、是消遣手段等 )等因素可能是促发学生吸烟行为的因素 ;而能正确认识吸烟的危害、生活态度积极乐观、父母文化水平高等因素有利于学生避免吸烟。结论 开展积极的健康教育 ,进行正确的引导 ,使学生正确地认识吸烟的危害 ,树立健康的人生观等 。

Objective To study the related smoking factors of grade one students in senior high school in Hefei, and to provide evidence for cigarette control.Methods About 6 770 students were drawn by stratified cluster sampling method, and the related factors were analyzed by senting into logistic regression model.Results The total rate of smoking was 19.7%, significant difference was found between male and female, urban and rural students. The results of logistic regression analysis showed that male, having smokers among surroundings, misunderstanding on smoking behaviors might be the causes led students smoke. On the contrary, the following factors such as correct understanding on smoking,optimistic attitude to life, well education background of parents showed positive roles to prevent smoking. Conclusion It is important to lower students' smoking rate by health education.
