荧光探针检测金属离子的研究进展

摘要 所有形式的生命都对金属元素有绝对的要求,因为金属元素在各种生化工程起着重要的作用。但随着金属离子污染物排放的加剧,同样会对人类、动物和植物造成严重的健康和环境问题。由于这些特点,对金属离子的检测变得尤为重要。荧光探针具有微环境灵敏度高、时空分辨率高等优良的光物理性质,被广泛应用于金属离子检测。在这篇综述中,主要介绍了近几年来不同结构的荧光探针用于检测痕量金属离子的研究进展。 All forms of life have an absolute requirement for metal elements, as they play an important role in various biochemical engineering. However, as the release of metal ion pollutants intensifies, they can cause equally serious health and environmental problems for humans, animals, and plants. Due to these characteristics, the detection of metal ions has become particularly important. Fluorescent probes have excellent photophysical properties such as high microenvironmental sensitivity and high spatiotemporal resolution and are widely used for metal ion detection. In this review, the main focus is on the progress of research in recent years on the use of different structures of fluorescent probes for the detection of trace metal ions.
