原子吸收光谱法测定铁矿石中铁、铜和钾的方法研究

摘要 建立了一种火焰原子吸收光谱法(FASS)测定铁矿石中的铁、铜和钾含量的方法,对火焰原子吸收分光光度计的基线稳定性,仪器精密度,以及不同元素测定时燃气流量、狭缝宽度等条件进行了优化,并且对其进行了不确定度分析。结果表明,矿石中铁含量的相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.1%~0.7%,加标回收率为97%~98.6%;铜含量RSD为0.1%~1%,加标回收率为99%~100%;钾含量RSD为0.7%,加标回收率为99%~100%。 A flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FASS) method for the determination of iron, copper and potassium in iron ore was established. The baseline stability, instrument precision, gas flow and slit width were optimized, and the uncertainty analysis was carried out. The results show that the relative standard deviation (RSD) of iron content is 0.1%~0.7%, and the recovery rate is 97%~ 98.6%. The RSD of copper content was 0.1%~1%, and the recovery rate was 99%~100%. The RSD of potassium content was 0.7%, and the recovery rate was 99%~100%.
