摘要
根据艾滋病在人群中的传播率与个体体内病毒携带变量的关系,通过引入特定社区病毒负载(CVL),结合微观的宿主内免疫动力学模型和宏观的SIATR流行病模型,建立基于CVL的多尺度HIV感染的动力学模型。借助于LaSalle不变性原理,我们得到了模型的全局稳定性。
According to the relationship between HIV transmission rate in the population and the virus carrying variables in individuals, we established a multi-scale HIV infection dynamics model based on CVL by introducing a specific community viral load (CVL) and combining the micro host immunodynamics model with the macro SIATR epidemiological model. Finally, the global stability of the multi-scale HIV model is analyzed by means of LaSalle invariance principle.
