摘要
在自然灾害日渐频发的今天,巨灾事件每年都会为国家和人民带来极其庞大的损失,因此通过研究巨灾保险市场均衡,建立一个相对完善的巨灾保险制度,对于国家治理和人民的美好生活都是举足轻重的。基于此,本文构建了政府、投保人、保险公司以及再保险公司的四群体非对称演化博弈模型,分析影响各博弈群体策略选择的因素,利用MATLAB进行仿真分析,并给出优化建议。研究结果表明,若想该模型达到演化稳定策略,就要使四个博弈群体在巨灾保险市场运作过程中均保持活跃。
Now natural disasters are becoming more frequent, catastrophe brings great losses to the country and the people every year, it is very important for the governance of the country and the people to establish a relatively perfect catastrophe insurance system by studying the equilibrium of catastrophe insurance market. Based on the above, this paper constructs the four groups of non-symmetrical evolutionary game model of government, policyholder, insurance company and reinsurance company, analyzes the factors that affect the strategic choice of each group, uses MATLAB to perform simulation analysis, and gives optimization suggestions. The result shows that if the model is to achieve evolutionary stable strategy, it is necessary to keep four groups active in the operation of the catastrophe insurance market.
